Ground-rail Type Door Foaming Line

This machine is mainly used for refrigerator & freezer door foaming. It consists of drive unit, curing oven, ground rail, heating and ventilation system, carrier, foaming fixture, injection area exhausting system, earthed system, injection manipulator, pneumatic system, mould locking device, guide rail for mould open and close movement, hydraulic system, electrical control system, the previous conveyor line, working table for post treatment and high pressure foaming system will be provided by buyer. The line adopts circular layout, which is driven by hydraulic motor ( or motor reducer ) and heated by steam or mould temp.

Working procedure: loading manually, closing fixture by guide rail, injection manually, heating and curing, unlocking automatically, opening fixture by guide rail, unloading manually and bubble cleaning.
